title: Quick update
Heehee... sorry ppl for not posting for a long time... although i have finished my 'A' levels already, I am still not as free as to blog too often (ok... maybe the most important factor was because my brother was hogging on the computer all the time).
BUT but... I was still busy with stuff at the same time too ok! Anyway, shall update ppl out there what I have been doing... After chiong-ing for camps from 2nd to 20th december, I have finally found a job!! I am now working as a temp admin assistant in a real estate company (Tokio Property Services Pte Ltd). Well, my job scope involves going to the post office to mail letters, DBS bank to post cheques, filing, photocopying cheques, sending out receipts, franking letters, etc... Well, sounds quite saikang right? Haha... but I think I am still ok with it la i guess.... Anyway, this job is only for 3 months so not too bad lor.
Hmm... also my relief teaching application got approved :) Went to schools to apply for relief teaching... but I got the admin job already before any school could call and book me. In fact, i got my admin job on the day I went for interview, which was on the same day I went to schools applying for relief teaching (was also the day that I churn out my CV). Then i was so sad la... cos yesterday, Damai Sec called and ask if i want to relief teach but i reject them cos I had the admin job alr... :( Mummy said that I could have hear what the school has to offer before deciding, but since I am temporarily taking over the job of one of their staff cos she's going to give birth (that's why they employ me!), I think it's quite irresponsible of me to quit all of a sudden... Ah well, hope that there'll be schools who will want to employ me from April onwards ba :)
...and yay! I have finally changed my blogskin alr... looks quite pleasing to the eyes, I thought it was not too bad a skin to change to ;)
Well, got to go now... need to go for youth meeting now... I don't want to be late for it though... So bye for now... Oh, and an early happy new year to everybody....

Was scouting for music for Mdm Teo School's archive video (it's Beacon Primary School by the way... the FutureSchool... ). Then I came across a very good site with quite a time of sounds and music to choose from. Take your time and look through it :)

Haha... I will be away for YES (year end student's) camp from the 13th to the 15th of Dec to serve the youths (primarily from P6 to Sec4). Hope I will enjoy the camp though, may the Lord bless this camp, with good weathers and good ground of hearts of both the believers and the non-believers. May He be the true Head of the camp!
After which, I will be going for a short shepherd's conference on the 19th to 20th Dec, where the serving ones will touch on 1 (&2?) Thessalonians.
Whee... it's one conference after another... I liked the times now where I can truly enjoy going for camps and once again draw near to God. Hmm... no time now to share my enjoyment from the recently over year end conference held from the 2nd to 5th Dec. Shall share my enjoyment some other day.
But one point that I would like to briefly touch on is that I really enjoy the part that His Word can cleanse us of all of our spots and blemishes, which includes our old old and old bad habits. This made me want to read His Word more often, now that I know that His Word not only fills our spiritual hunger, but also the One that I have been looking for to end all my bad habits and things that my Old Man likes to do. May the Lord continue to grant me more grace and strength and mercy to make me read His Word daily. Amen.
"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going"-- may my relationship with God be like that that was described :)
