Haha... 性情大发，so i've decided to type out the lyrics of my first song that was inspired from the verse in the bible -> Psalm 17:8.
"Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings"I was so attracted and it struck me much when I saw the verse's first line: Keep me as the apple of Your eye. Haha... maybe cos I was reminded of yong'en (because she likes to call herself as apple in the past... is it now as such??) and also that it's also the only verse that the word "apple" is mentioned? LOL! But more importantly, this verse shows forth the desire of the psalmist to remain favourable before God... Just like how you and I would like to be before God eh? So here goes nothing ;)
Keep me as the apple of Your eye
Hide me in the shadow of Your wings
Because in You I put my trust
For You the Light of my life
Make my path right before Your sight
Let my heart be pure towards my God
Because in You I've placed my trust
For You are the Rock
My Horn of SalvationHeehee... 小女献丑了！Well, as i'm not too good with my english/grammer/verb, the song's a short, sweet and is sung in a quite a cheerful tune. Hope you guys out there will enjoy this little creation of mine :)
